Based in Lincoln, AR

Twenty years of clearing ground out of Lincoln. Trees, brush and stumps off, and the drive or the slab poured after

  • 1crew

    Dirt work and concrete

Around here those are usually two different companies. One crew does both, so the pad is level when the concrete arrives.

  • 3states

Northwest Arkansas, southern Missouri, eastern Oklahoma

Most of our work is around Washington County, out of our yard in Lincoln.

  • 6trades

One number for all of it

Concrete, dirt work, land clearing, demolition, cutting and coring, barndominiums. (479) 263-6916.

What’s included

Cleared ground is only worth it if you can work it after

Trees, brush, stumps and fence rows, off and gone.

  • Trees and timber

Down, cut up, stacked for you or hauled off.

  • Brush and undergrowth

The growth that makes ground unusable.

  • Stumps

Ground out, or dug out where a slab is going.

  • Fence rows

Old wire, old posts and what grew through them.

  • Burning or hauling off

Whichever the rules and you allow that day.

When you need it

When is it time to clear it?

If one of these is your ground, clearing is the first job on the list.

  • Dense brush and undergrowth in woods too thick to walk through

    You cannot walk it

Brush and undergrowth thick enough to hide the ground also hide what is under it: old wire, holes and rock.

  • A new wire fence running across an open field

You are about to build or fence

Nothing gets staked out, measured or priced properly until the ground can be seen and reached by a machine.

  • Brush and saplings grown up through an old fence line

The fence row has grown up

Trees and brush in an old fence line take the fence down with them and keep spreading out into the field.

  • A big tree blown down across a yard after a storm

    Storm damaged or dead trees

Trees that are down or dying are a hazard to whatever is near them, and they only get harder to deal with.

  • An excavator clearing trees at the edge of woods

    A machine cannot get in

A drive, a pad or a pond cannot start until there is a way in for the equipment that is going to build it.

  • Cattle grazing a field with brush closing in along the fence

    The pasture is shrinking

Every year the brush line moves in a little further. Taking it back is easier the sooner it is done.

Why it matters

What goes wrong with a bad clearing job

  • The stumps are still there

Ground full of stumps cannot be mowed or built on.

  • The piles never leave

Brush heaped and left is a second job for somebody.

  • The topsoil goes too

A careless machine scrapes off the good dirt.

  • Cleared, but not workable

Ruts, holes and roots still need fixing after.

We clear it and leave it workable, not just emptied.

What makes us different

Here’s what’s different about hiring us to clear it

Three things, and every one of them is how we already work.

Get a Quote
  • Cleared once, and still full of stumps and piles?

We clear it and leave it workable: stumps out or ground, brush gone, ground you can fence or build on.

  • Tired of chasing a crew from out of town?

Our yard's in Lincoln, and the crew that quotes the clearing is the crew that clears it.

  • Worried the haul-off will double the bill?

We walk it first and price it before a machine comes. Hauling off and dump fees sit on their own line.

How it works

What Happens After You Call

Three steps, and the only one you do is the first.

  1. Call and say roughly
    how much ground it is

How many acres, what is on it, and what you want to do with it afterward: build on it, run stock on it, or just see across it.

  2. We come out, walk the
    ground, and price it

What is on it, how wet it gets and whether a machine can reach all of it. A price before anything starts, hauling off on its own line.

  3. We clear it and leave
    it workable, not bare

Trees down, brush gone, stumps out or ground, fence rows pulled. Then the ground left in a state you can actually use, not just emptied.

FAQ

Before You Give Us a Call

If yours isn't here, call us and ask.

  • Either one. It comes down to what the rules and your own preference allow that day. We cut the trees up and can stack them for you instead of hauling them. Hauling off is priced separately from the clearing, and dump fees are charged where they apply. You get a price before anything starts.

  • We do both. If a slab or a driveway is going over the top, the stump has to be dug out. Grinding doesn't work there. Digging out costs more. We'll tell you which one your plan needs rather than quoting the cheap one and coming back.

  • That gets settled when we come out and walk it. We look at how wet the ground gets and whether a machine can get to all of it. Any ground we can't put a machine on safely is ground we don't clear. We'll say that on the visit rather than after we have started.

  • We clear it and leave it workable, not just emptied. Tell us what is going on it when you call, because that decides the stumps. They have to be dug out, not ground down, if a slab or a driveway is going over the top. We pour that too, so it's one crew and nobody waiting on anybody.
