Our services

Everything from bare dirt to a finished slab

Six trades, one crew, one number in Lincoln, AR.

  1. A finished broom finish concrete driveway at a new white brick house

    Concrete

Driveways, slabs, patios, sidewalks and footings, poured and finished.

    Learn more about Concrete

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, stamped concrete, slabs, shop floors, footings and stem walls. Poured and finished by the same crew that cut the pad under them, so the ground is right before the truck ever comes. Broom finished, power troweled, or stamped when plain is not the look you want. Give us a call and we will come out and take a look.

  2. Poured concrete basement walls with a fresh slab in front of them

    Cutting and Coring

Openings in slabs and walls, clean cored holes for pipe and conduit.

Learn more about Cutting and Coring

Cutting an opening into a slab or a wall. Coring a clean hole through it for a pipe, a drain or a conduit. Plumbers, electricians and builders call us for this, and so do homeowners adding a bathroom or a floor drain. We cut wet so the dust stays down, and we cut to the line you marked rather than to where we think it should go.

  3. Rothrock dump truck and two skid steers grading a dirt pad

    Dirt Work and Site Prep

Pads, grading, drainage, gravel driveways and haul off.

Learn more about Dirt Work and Site Prep

Before anything gets poured or built, the ground has to be right. We cut pads and shape drainage so water runs away from the building. We put in gravel driveways and repair the ones that have washed out. We haul in what the job needs and haul off what it does not. Around here the excavator and the concrete crew are usually two different companies. We are both, which is why the pad is level when the concrete arrives.

  4. Finished metal shop building on a fresh gravel pad

    Barndominiums and Shops

We cut the pad and pour the slab ourselves, then put up the shell.

Learn more about Barndominiums and Shops

A barndominium is a shop and a house in one building. It gets built in that order too: pad, slab, shell, then the inside. We cut the pad and pour the slab ourselves rather than handing it to somebody else. Splitting that between three contractors is where most of these jobs go wrong, and it does not show up until the doors will not close. Tell us what you want the building to do and we will tell you what the ground under it needs first.

  5. Dozer at the edge of a field with a barn behind it

    Land Clearing

Trees, brush, stumps and fence rows, hauled away or stacked.

    Learn more about Land Clearing

We clear trees, brush, stumps and old fence rows. You can have the material hauled off or stacked on site, and we will tell you which is cheaper before we start. If a driveway or a building pad is going on the cleared ground, that is the same crew on the same visit. Not a second contractor, a second quote and a second wait for a machine to come back out.

  6. An excavator’s grapple tearing an old wood frame house apart, a shingle house and a minivan behind it

    Demolition and Haul Off

Old slabs, sheds, barns and mobile homes taken down and hauled off.

Learn more about Demolition and Haul Off

Old slabs, sheds, barns, mobile homes and burned out buildings, taken down and hauled away. We separate what can be scrapped from what has to go to the landfill, because that is what moves the disposal cost. Most of this work is somebody clearing a spot for something new. We can take the old thing out and put the new pad in on the same job rather than on two.

Why it matters

When Concrete Fails, It Is Usually the Ground Under It

That's why we cut the pad and pour the slab ourselves, with one crew.

  • Ground never compacted

A new slab that cracks and sinks where the fill was dumped.

  • Water with nowhere to go

Puddles by the garage door and washouts along the driveway edge.

  • A pad that is not level

Water runs to the wrong corner and the shop door will not shut.

  • Two crews, nobody to blame

The dirt crew blames the pour, the concrete crew blames the pad.

How it works

What Happens After You Call

Three steps. You call, we do the rest.

  1. Call or send the form

Tell us what you want done and roughly when. Not sure what it needs? Say so.

  2. We come out and price it

Nobody can price this off a photo. We look first, then price it before we start.

  3. We do the job and clean up

We clean up when the job is done, so you see it finished before we leave.

What People Said After the Job

Ask anybody who has had us out.

  • We talked to him on Sunday and he was here on Monday started the job and finished the next day. I couldn't be happier with the work he did. It looks amazing!!

    Michelle P.

  • Spot on with customer service and reliability. Made a cement pad off our back door, even fixed a broken brick in the walkway. Definitely will use again.

FAQ

Before You Give Us a Call

If yours isn't here, call us and ask.

  • There are no prices on this website because a driveway on flat ground and a driveway on a slope aren't the same job. Call us, we'll come out and look at it, and you will have a price before anything starts.

  • Both, with the same crew. The pad gets cut and leveled and then the concrete goes on it, so there's one company on site and one number to call if anything is wrong.

  • Always. Nobody can price this kind of work off a photo. We come out, look at the ground, and tell you what it will take.

  • Yes. A pad off a back door is a job. So is a sidewalk, a patio, or a few loads of gravel down a driveway. Call and ask rather than guessing.

  • Most of our work is around Washington County. We go out into the rest of Northwest Arkansas, southern Missouri and eastern Oklahoma as well. If you are not sure whether you are too far, ask.

  • The same crew that quoted it. This is a family business out of Lincoln and it has been for twenty years, so the people who cut your pad are the people who pour your slab.

  • Yes. The site gets cleared when the job is done, and anything we broke out goes with us.
