Northwest Arkansas, southern Missouri, eastern Oklahoma

Most of our work is around Washington County, out of our yard in Lincoln.

  • 6trades

One number for all of it

What’s included

Most of the time the concrete is fine, it just needs an opening

Slabs, walls, cores and trenches, cut wet to your line.

  • Slabs

Openings for a drain, a rough in or a footing.

  • Walls

Doorways and windows cut into poured or block.

  • Coring

Clean round holes for pipe, conduit, ducts, vents.

  • Trenching in a floor

A straight cut both sides, a line not a mess.

  • Old concrete for removal

Cut into pieces a machine can lift out.

When you need it

When do you need a cut, not a new slab?

Most of the time the concrete is fine. It just needs an opening in the right place.

  • A worker cutting a trench into a concrete floor with a saw

    A new drain or bathroom

Plumbing that has to go under an existing floor needs a clean trench cut through the slab to get there.

  • A worker cutting into a masonry wall with a saw

A door or window in a wall

An opening in a poured or a block wall has to be cut to a line, not broken out with a hammer and patched.

  • A core drill boring a clean round hole through concrete

A pipe or conduit has to pass

A cored hole is round, clean and the right size, so whatever goes through it can be sealed properly after.

  • A walk-behind saw cutting a straight line across a concrete slab

One bad section of a good slab

A straight saw cut lets the bad piece come out without cracking the good concrete around it, then a patch.

  • An excavator loading broken concrete into a pile

    Old concrete has to go

Cut into pieces a machine can lift, it comes out fast. Broken up at random, it fights you the whole way.

  • A plumber fitting pipe on a concrete floor

    You do plumbing or electric

The cut is the part of your job that is not your trade. It goes quicker handed to somebody who does it daily.

Why it matters

What goes wrong with a bad cut

  • Something was in the slab

Cable, rebar and pipe are cheaper found before the saw.

  • The cut wandered

Off the line means a door or a drain that misses.

  • The slab cracked past it

No clean saw line, and cracks run into the good part.

  • Dust through the house

Dry cutting indoors fills every room and every vent.

We cut wet so the dust stays down, and we cut to the line you marked rather than to where we think it should go.

What makes us different

Here’s what’s different about hiring us for a cut

Three things, and every one of them is how we already work.

Get a Quote
  • Hired a cutter who cracked the good slab?

We cut wet, to the line you or your engineer marked, so the piece comes out and the rest stays whole.

  • Waiting on a saw crew from out of town?

We're in Lincoln, not Springdale or Bentonville, and we'll come out for one hole or one doorway.

  • Not sure what’s in the slab before the saw?

We ask first. Post tension, rebar, pipe or conduit change the job, and scanning sits on its own line.

How it works

What Happens After You Call

Three steps, and the only one you do is the first.

  1. Call and say what the
    cut is for and where

What it is for, roughly how thick, and whether it is inside. A drain, a doorway, a cored hole or a slab that has to come out.

  2. We ask what is in the
    slab, then price it

Post tension, heavy rebar, pipe or conduit all change the job and are better known before the saw arrives. A price before anything starts.

  3. We cut it wet, and
    leave the floor swept

Cut to the line you or your engineer marked, wet so the dust stays down, the pieces taken out of the way and the floor swept before we go.

FAQ

Before You Give Us a Call

If yours isn't here, call us and ask.

  • We cut wet so the dust stays down. When the cut is done we take the pieces out and leave the floor swept. Tell us when you call whether the cut is inside.

  • If it's a poured or a block wall, that's a cut we do. Doorways and window openings go into both. The engineering isn't our part. We cut where you or your engineer marks, and we won't cut a beam or a bearing wall on somebody's guess.

  • We ask you first. Post tension, heavy rebar, pipe or conduit all change the job, and all are better known before the saw arrives. Where a slab is post tensioned or heavily reinforced, scanning comes first and is charged separately. We'll tell you before we start if that's what you have.

  • We take the cut pieces out of the way, and that's included. We leave the floor swept. Hauling the material off site is charged separately. Tell us when you call if you want it gone, and you get a price before anything starts.

  • Yes. One clean hole cored through for a pipe, a drain or a conduit is a job. Tell us what it's for, roughly how thick the concrete is and whether it's inside. We ask what is in the slab, and you get a price before anything starts.

  • Yes. Plumbers, electricians and builders: call us direct on (479) 263-6916. We would rather talk to you than to the homeowner about a cut.
