Based in Lincoln, AR

Twenty years of taking things down out of Lincoln. Old slab out, new pad in, on the same job

  • 1crew

    Dirt work and concrete

Around here those are usually two different companies. One crew does both, so the pad is level when the concrete arrives.

  • 3states

Northwest Arkansas, southern Missouri, eastern Oklahoma

Most of our work is around Washington County, out of our yard in Lincoln.

  • 6trades

One number for all of it

Concrete, dirt work, land clearing, demolition, cutting and coring, barndominiums. (479) 263-6916.

What’s included

Slabs, sheds, barns and mobile homes, down and gone.

  • Slabs and flatwork

  • Buildings

Sheds, barns, garages, mobile homes, houses.

  • Fire and storm damage

Deciding what is salvageable, then the rest.

Sorted, loaded and taken where it is allowed.

  • The site afterward

Hole filled, ground leveled, spot left ready.

When you need it

When does it need to come down?

If one of these is sitting on your place, taking it out is usually the right call.

  • A collapsed wooden barn in a field

    It is past fixing

A shed, a barn or a mobile home that would cost more to repair than it is worth is only taking up the spot.

  • An excavator breaking up an old concrete slab

    Something new is going there

The old slab or the old building is sitting exactly where the new one needs to go, and it has to leave first.

  • The burned-out remains of a house, walls down and debris on the ground

    Fire or storm damage

What is left after a fire or a storm is rarely safe to leave, and it has to go before anything gets rebuilt.

  • An old concrete slab heaved and cracked across its surface

    The concrete is broken up

A driveway, a patio or a floor that has heaved and cracked has to come out before anything good replaces it.

  • A neglected house falling apart, its roof and walls giving way

    It has become a hazard

A building that is falling in draws kids, animals and trouble, and the owner is the one responsible for it.

  • An abandoned red barn with faded paint by a road

You are selling, or just bought

An old eyesore on the lot is the first thing a buyer sees and the first thing a new owner wants gone.

Why it matters

What goes wrong with a careless teardown

  • The utilities were live

Power, gas and water come off first, by someone licensed.

  • Nobody checked inside

What it is made of decides where it is allowed to go.

  • The debris got buried

Buried rubble settles for years and ruins the spot.

  • They left a hole

An open pit and a pile is a job half done.

Every job ends the same way: hole filled, ground leveled, and the spot left ready instead of left open.

What makes us different

Here’s what’s different about hiring us to take it down

Three things, and every one of them is how we already work.

  • Torn down, and left with a hole and a pile?

Not by us. Down, sorted, loaded out, then the hole filled and the ground leveled so the spot's ready.

  • Tired of chasing a crew from out of town?

Our yard's in Lincoln, and the crew that quotes the tear-out is the crew that does it.

  • Scared of what the disposal will cost?

We look first and price it before a machine comes. Disposal on its own line, scrap sorted from the rest.

How it works

What Happens After You Call

Three steps, and the only one you do is the first.

  1. Call and say what is
    coming down, and where

What it is, roughly how big, and what is going there afterward. If a new pad or slab is going in, say so, and we plan the two together.

  2. We come out, look at
    it all, and price it

Access for a machine, what is in the building, and what the utilities are doing. A price before anything starts, disposal on its own line.

  3. We take it down, load
    it out and level it

Down, sorted, scrap from the rest, and loaded out. Then the hole filled and the ground leveled, the spot left ready instead of left open.

FAQ

Before You Give Us a Call

If yours isn't here, call us and ask.

  • Yes. Disconnecting the utilities isn't us. It has to be done by somebody licensed for it, and it has to happen before we start. When we come out and look, we check what the utilities are doing. We'll tell you at the visit if it applies, rather than on the morning the machine shows up.

  • It gets loaded out and hauled off. We separate what can be scrapped from what can't, because that's the line that moves your disposal cost. Landfill and dump fees are charged separately, and so is anything that has to go somewhere specific. You get a price before anything starts, with disposal listed on its own line.

  • We'll tell you at the visit, once we have seen what is in the building. Separating what can be scrapped from what can't is part of the job. On fire and storm damage, so is deciding what is salvageable and what isn't. If you want something kept, say so when you call.

  • Yes. The hole gets filled, the ground gets leveled, and the spot is left ready instead of left open. Most of the time somebody is clearing a spot for something new, so tell us what is going there afterward. We take the old thing out and put the new pad in on the same job.

  • We look at what is in the building when we come out. If asbestos work applies, we'll tell you at the visit. That part isn't us. It has to be done by somebody licensed for it, and it has to happen before we start.
